Welcome, I’m Luella Dixon, the owner of Luella Dixon HR Solutions. My passion is helping the small and medium sized business sector and in particular charities and not for profit, an area often not well served by larger consultancy firms.
Having worked 25+ years in senior HR positions I know how important it is to offer a friendly, personal, bespoke HR service that meets the needs of your business.
My approach is to provide a safe, non-judgemental, supportive space in which challenges can be tackled and pragmatic solutions are found, freeing up your valuable time and saving you money by reducing your risks.

I offer a friendly, flexible service at an affordable hourly or daily rate, fixed rate price for projects so you know what you are committing to.
- Rates are from £80 for ad hoc support or daily rate from £600
- Project support – you pay for the outcome delivered
- Ongoing consultancy – if you want access to regular support on a monthly basis, we can agree a model where you have access to support each month.
